The forum suggests burning a disk image in Toast, but the IDVD help suggests that projects being burned to a dvd+r DL should be burned in IDVD. I also noticed a conflict on how to burn dvds. It still finishes the burn and plays on the Mac, but not in a dvd player. So today, I updated them except the OS and still the button is greyed out.Īnother thing in Toast, at the end of the burn, a dialog box appears and states there is an error writing the lead in / lead out. Since IDVD and disk utility had greyed out burn buttons and Toast didn't, I figured it had to be a IMovie, IDVD, Quicktime and/or Mac OS problem. I was then told it would be better if I made my chapters in IMovie, export to IDVD, make my menus, save as an disk image, then burn in Toast onto a dvd+r.
